First time I covered wrestling in over a year! It’s not as easy as it seems, even though there’s not a lot of space for the wrestlers to move around, they do move pretty quick! This was a match with 3 high school teams, so many of the wrestlers had two matches in less than a couple of hours. How exhausting!

Last Friday night the Maryland Greenhawks came to Shady Grove Middle School. The Greenhawks are the First Green Professional Sports Team. It was a great event where the team played a basketball game with school staff, parents, students and former students. It was loads of fun, the kids loved it!

Finally got the chance to take a few senior portraits of my beautiful niece, Kelley. Here’s a fun one, without any editing. Probably won’t need to do much… maybe just eliminate the dog hair from her shirt, but other than that, her skin is flawless. and she looks so relaxed!

Oh, and then there’s little Zoe (no, I won’t say what her other name is). We couldn’t forget to get a few pics of her!

Kicks Karate Black Belt Test

Wow! The black belt test at Kicks Karate was amazing! I’ve never seen karate in person before, and it’s really incredible watching the routines (I know that’s not what it’s called) and movements.

Congratulations go out to all who achieved the black belt, especially my friends Justin, Kira and Jared!

I’ve created special products at great prices just for Magruder student athletes! All products purchased from my website for Magruder games will also be at a discounted rate. New Website

After many months working with WordPress to design a new website, I finally went to the expert, Aaron Overton, with Heatherstone. His company provides online marketing and web development, and he’s a genius! Within just a few minutes he was able to show me where I had messed up, and this new site was up and running. Somehow I’ve got a really small logo at the top of the page, and I think I may still have a few broken links, but those things will be quick fixes. This new site will make it easier for me to get current photos posted to my portfolio pages!
